You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I have 1 cat and 2 kittens and 2 of these water fountains. My older cat has digestive issues due to not drinking enough water and she drinks more now. My kittens love watching and drinking from the fountains. The design is cute and quiet. I also like the "night light" it provides. The fountains were easy to set up and maintenance is simple. I would highly recommend this fountain.
Just wanted to share that this product is amazing. My cat never run out of fresh and clean water everyday. The motor is soo quiet and all you can hear is the sound of the water flowing like a waterfalls. Definitely will recommend to buy.
Works great. Can't even hear the pump running unlike a previous fountain we had tried. The soft blue light is nice as well for a nightlight. Our cat loves it and doesn't jump on the counter everytime the kitchen faucet turns on to steal a drink now that we got her this.
My kitties love drinking from this fountain! It’s pretty easy to clean too! I noticed it doesn’t get that “slime” feel when I wash it, unlike the previous fountain I had purchased (which I cleaned every two weeks like instructed.) I love the pretty blue light this foundation has, too!
I am absolutely satisfied with the product. It works great and I’ve noticed my cat drinking more from it than a normal water bowl. I will continue to buy filters to keep it clean.
