Returns & Refunds 

Return Policy: We offer a 15-day return policy. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at  info@petjoyz.com. If accepted, we'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds: Refunds are processed within 7 business days after return approval. Please note that some financial institutions may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account.

Defective/Damaged Items: If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately at  info@petjoyz.com. with photos of the damage and proof of delivery. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Customer Remorse: If you wish to return an item due to change of mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs, but no restocking fee applies.

Incorrect Address: Please double-check your address at checkout. We cannot change the address once an order is dispatched, nor offer refunds for incorrect addresses.

Exchanges: To exchange an item, contact us at  info@petjoyz.com. with the name and SKU of both the item you have and the one you wish to exchange it for.
