Shipping Policy
At PetJoyz, our priority is to ensure that your shopping experience is smooth and satisfactory, including the shipping process. We aim to provide the best shipping options, no matter where you are located.
Shipment Processing Time
Once you've placed an order, we work diligently to get it processed and shipped as quickly as possible. Processing typically takes 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday). The transit time is approximately 7-14 business days, though it may vary depending on the carrier. Orders received before 5 pm GMT (Greenwich Mean Time) are processed the same day, while those received after this time, or during weekends and public holidays, are processed the next business day.
Please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be dispatched during and after sale periods or during holiday seasons. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and receipt. If you don't see the confirmation email in your inbox, please check your spam folder. If you still haven't received it, email us at info@petjoyz.com with the subject line "Order Confirmation Not Received," and our team will assist you.
For custom items, we will reach out separately to confirm the details. These items will only be processed and shipped once we receive your confirmation.
Shipping Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers, including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS, to ensure that your order arrives safely. For high-value orders, a signature may be required upon delivery.
Shipping Times
Once your order is shipped, it typically takes 8-15 business days to arrive. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor its progress.
International Shipping
Yes, we do offer international shipping!
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet shipped, we will issue a full refund. However, if your order has already shipped, you will need to request a refund once you receive it. Please refer to our Return and Refund policy for more details.
Gift Wrapping
Currently, we do not offer gift-wrapping services.

To check the status of your order, use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received a tracking number within 5 business days, please contact us at info@petjoyz.com, and we will assist you.
