You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

I purchased this for my ginger cat, Piper, thinking she would enjoy playing with it. Unfortunately, the laser didn't go out in front of her, but down on her chest. She couldn't see it and found that being around her neck was very annoying. Hence I return the product.

He knows the collar is somehow the light, but chases it eagerly! Helping him lose weight by being more active.
These work perfectly as described. However, our cat did figure out how to turn it on. And when she turns it on, she won't stop until either return it off or take the collar off of her other than that, it works perfectly, and she loves it
I think it is great overall if my cats weren't lazy and really don't care for Lazer pointers.
